Ms. Ana Pinczuk is a Senior Vice President of Operations for the Public Carrier IP Group at Cisco. She manages day-to-day operations of the group. Ms. Pinczuk is a results-oriented, versatile technology executive with a proven track record in sales, marketing, business development, research and development, and engineering. Prior to joining Cisco, she had an illustrious 15 year career at various divisions of AT&T and Lucent where she held numerous positions including IP Platform Planning Vice President, responsible for strategy, planning, definition, and market roll-out of AT&T's IP Platform and IP Backbone and a Services Development Director, where she led the AT&T R&D organization responsible for transforming AT&T into a Tier 1 ISP with the second largest IP network in the United States. She was also nominated for the Catherine B. Cleary 1999 AT&T Woman of the Year. Ms. Pinczuk is considered an exceptional leader with demonstrated expertise in creating, rethinking, and redesigning global business organizations, processes, and systems to achieve dramatic improvements in performance. She was also nominated for the Catherine B. Cleary 1999 AT&T Woman of the Year. Ms. Pinczuk is considered an exceptional leader with demonstrated expertise in creating, rethinking, and redesigning global business organizations, processes, and systems to achieve dramatic improvements in performance. She has received Management of Technology Degree as a Moore Fellow at the Wharton School's Executive Masters Program and holds a Masters of Engineering in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University.

· Afsaneh Laidlaw, VP of Engineering and Operations, Cisco

Afsaneh Laidlaw is Vice President, Engineering, and leader of Cisco’s Engineering Business Operations. She manages a team that innovates on technology, business model, processes and capabilities for Cisco’s Development Organization. Before re-joining CDO, she led a global team in Technical Services improving the serviceability and usability of targeted Cisco’s products, as well as delivering High-Touch technical support for Cisco’s select customers worldwide. In Cisco Development Organization, she held leadership roles in Collaboration technology solution delivery, software development, system integration test and operations from 1996 to 2007. She designed and implemented the blueprint for delivery of Cisco’s groundbreaking Unified Communications Systems and Solutions and led System Integration Test of Cisco Unified Communications Systems. Laidlaw has more than 25 years of experience in the communications industry. Before joining Cisco, she worked at Siemens where she led teams that developed software for private branch exchanges (PBXs) and product management of Siemens Hicom switches. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University.

 

· Manjula Talreja, VP, Business Development, Cisco
 

Manjula Talreja is a 25-year IT industry veteran who has spent the majority of her career at Cisco, where her extensive experience in general management, business strategy consulting and operations of large scale IT systems has helped guide Cisco

Business teams through many inflection points. Manjula is currently Vice President of Global Cloud Business Development for Cisco, where she is playing a pivotal role in creating new business models and partnerships with technology vendors, Service Providers (SPs) and System Integrators (SIs) in the growing cloud market. Manjula is a highly sought-after industry thought-leader, and she was recently named to CableFAX Magazine’s ‘Most Powerful Women in Cable 2012′. She has spoken globally at such venues as: IDC’s Cloud Leadership Forum, Frost & Sullivan’s Growth, Innovation and Leadership (GIL) Conference, the UC Berkeley Haas Institute of Business Innovation (IBI), Women in Cable Technology (WICT), VoiceCon (now called Enterprise Connect) and EMC World. She is also a respected speaker within Cisco where she regularly presents at customer Executive Briefing sessions, Cisco Live, and C-Scape for analysts. Manjula is currently on the Advisory Board for the Frost & Sullivan GIL 2013 Conference and is also a member of the UC Berkeley Haas IBI Chief Innovation Officer leadership forum. She frequently advises start-ups and businesses in cloud, and non-government organizations (NGOs), both through board seats and consulting. Manjula received her bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Information Systems from the University of Delhi; she also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with a major in Information Systems from Santa Clara University.

· Sajeena Warrier, Vice President at McAfee, an Intel Company

Sajeena Warrier is a vice president of strategy for McAfee’s corporate business unit, a part of Intel Security. She is responsible for business unit strategy and operations. Warrier started her career with Services Product Management and Marketing where she created and launched a portfolio of services that was game changing for the support business model at the company. Subsequently, Warrier took on new challenges to drive the company’s growth in the Consumer segment, helping execute OEM partnerships globally, bringing new products to market, and creating sales and partner enablement programs. More recently, she worked across the company’s business units to drive product strategy planning. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from LSR (Delhi University, India) and Master’s Degree from Purdue University in English and MBA from San Jose State University.
 
 
· Garima Thockchom, Founder, CEO, Akasia, Chair, Sales & Marketing, TiEcon 2013
 

Garima Thockchom is a high-tech marketing and engineering professional with more than 19 years of experience in Silicon Valley at Gale Technologies, VMware and Sun Microsystems. She spent 11+ years in Sun Microsystems in engineering and product management roles. She was head of product management for the Sun Cluster and N1 suite of products that were the highest revenue drivers in Sun's software division for many years. She joined VMware in 2006 where she built the Infrastructure Solutions group, delivering 50+ solutions allowing VMware to penetrate business-critical enterprises. After the exciting roller coaster of VMware's IPO, Garima joined a cloud management start-up, Gale Technologies in 2010. She re-positioned Gale Technologies from a lab-management company into a hot cloud start-up by re-vamping the messaging and marketing. Gale was acquired by Dell in November 2012. Currently Garima heads Akasia, a cloud cost management start-up. Garima is passionate about technology, entrepreneurship and spirituality.

Ms. Reshma Nigam started aMarketForce, with the goal of providing clients with high quality marketing and sales services at low costs. She is focused on developing and executing business strategy and processes that deliver superior services to customers, employees, and shareholders. She works closely with US-based clients to analyze their specific needs and develop winning strategies, and with the off-shore service centers in India to ensure that the projects are successful. Ms. Nigam brings years of experience in consulting and business management to aMarketForce. At her previous jobs at Silicon Valley startups such as RightWorks Corporation, Xporta and nthOrbit, Ms. Nigam was responsible for the design, management, and execution of business strategy in sales operations, sales training, field marketing, marketing communications, product launches, direct marketing, and event marketing. Ms. Nigam was also Vice President of Medical Market Research for Frost and Sullivan, a consulting company specializing in market research and forecasting. Ms. Nigam has an MBA and a BA from San Jose State University and a BA in English Literature

Maya Sastry is a board certified psychiatrist at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. Her practice is based in Fremont. She is originally from Bangalore. She primarily deals with adult and geriatric patients focusing on aging, women’s issues, grief and loss. She also sees patients at Serra Center in Fremont – a center that cares for individuals with development disabilities.
